Multifunctional digital electrical measuring instruments PD194PQ of the KS trademark®are designed for measuring electrical parameters in AC networks with digital display of measurement results, transmission of measurement results via digital interfaces, analog conversion of electrical network parameters into unified DC and voltage signals.
The multifunctional PD194PQ devices are manufactured in various versions, which differ in the composition of additional inputs and outputs, measurement accuracy, and the list of measured values displayed on the indicator.
Features of PD194PQ devices:
- measurement and conversion of thirty-one parameters of the electrical network;
- modifications of instruments with increased measurement accuracy;
- modifications of devices with one or two RS-485 ports operating using Modbus RTU or GOST R IEC 60870-5-101-2006 protocols, transmission speeds up to 38400 bps;
- modifications of devices with an Ethernet port (GOST R IEC 60870-5-104-2004 or Modbus TCP protocols);
- the period of updating measurement results in the device registers available for reading via digital ports is 0.1 s, 0.2 s, 0.5 s;
- the devices have four digital inputs, three relay outputs and three analog outputs (depending on the modification);
- single-page and multi-page instrument modifications;
- Three-line LED indicator (the height of the digits is 20 mm, the indicator color is red, green or yellow, to be selected when ordering).
Four buttons on the front panel allow you to view the measured values on the indicator and adjust the device. The entrance to the settings menu is password protected. It is possible to adjust the current and voltage inputs in accordance with the measuring transformers used at the device inputs. The menu also allows you to specify the device connection scheme (3-phase 3-wire or 3-phase 4-wire), change the access password in the menu, select the brightness of the indicator, set the threshold for switching on the visual overload indication (indicator flashing), set the auto-scroll interval, select the start page when turned on, configure the analog outputs and digital interface, set the mode and parameters of the relay outputs, and perform other settings.
The status of the digital inputs and relay outputs can be requested via a digital interface. The relay output can be configured for one of two modes: alarm mode (relay control by a signal on the corresponding digital input or switching on the relay when the upper or lower threshold of the measured parameter is reached) or remote control of the relay via a digital interface.
The devices comply with GOST R 51317.6.5 (IEC 61000-6-5:2001) "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means. Resistance to electromagnetic interference of technical means used in power plants and substations".
