Description
The universal UNIMIX-4 concrete mixing machine allows you to prepare a concrete mixture from dry components, transport it to the place of laying, where it performs unloading.
UNIMIX-4 allows you to independently and autonomously produce a concrete mixture of various brands in the presence of all the necessary components: cement, inert fillers, water. The volume of the drum is 4 cubic meters, the capacity of the water tanks is 900 liters, the maximum weight of the transported concrete shift reaches 9500 kg.
UNIMIX-4 is equipped with a weighing system, recipe management and kneading. The main computing device is a programmable logic controller (PLC), and the operator's touch panel is a display device and allows the operator to monitor the process of preparing mixtures.
The principle of operation
Thanks to its own stroke drive system, UNIMIX-4 is able to drive independently to the location of the inert materials warehouse and fill the bucket with portions of inert materials. Next, the bucket rises above the loading funnel of the mixing drum and the operator opens the bucket flap. At the same time, inert materials are poured into the drum. The drum rotates in loading mode. Also, during the loading of inert and cement, water is poured into the drum.
The dosing of dry components is carried out by a weighing method using an electronic weighing system or by a volumetric method, focusing on the volume of the bucket. The amount of water being poured is controlled by a metering device (water meter). The components are mixed in the drum for a certain time. At the same time, the machine is moved to the place of unloading.

Return of goods of proper quality
For individuals

The return of the goods is possible if its presentation and consumer properties are preserved, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods.
The buyer does not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality having individually defined properties if the specified product can be used exclusively by the buyer acquiring it.
In case of refusal of the goods of proper quality, the cost of services for the organization of delivery to the buyer is not refunded. Transportation costs for the return of goods of proper quality are borne by the buyer. The method of returning the goods is determined by the buyer.

Return of goods of inadequate quality

For legal entities

Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier. If the buyer, who is a legal entity (individual entrepreneur), refuses the goods of inadequate quality, such buyer is obliged to return such goods to the supplier. The buyer - an individual can also return the goods to the address of the supplier or Marketplace.
Transportation costs for the return of low-quality goods are borne by the supplier or Marketplace.
The difference between the shades of the goods in the photo and the real goods is not a sign of poor quality.
