Description
The ORBITA-BM /electric drive/ Brima NP000001572 machine is designed for oxygen cutting of horizontally positioned steel pipes in the field and in industrial enterprises. The machine operates using oxygen, propane or natural gas. It is equipped with a unified chain drive and a new design bandage.
The model has reduced dimensions and weight compared to previously produced models of the ORBITA series machines, which allows it to increase mobility and significantly reduce the amount of excavation work during pipeline repairs.
For comfortable operation on the electric ORBITA-BM, when performing work, the machine, in addition to the control unit, is additionally equipped with a control panel that allows the operator to be in a convenient place for him and quickly control the cutting process. On the remote control there is a resistor for manually changing the speed of the cutting machine, a toggle switch for switching on and off the power supply, a network indicator, and a direction toggle switch (forward and backward). The problem of changing the speed and its instability during pipe cutting has been solved. The speed on the ascent of the machine, along the diameter of the pipe and on the descent along the radius is the same due to the introduction of positioning feedback. A special pulse control driver via Hall sensors is used to control a brushless, brushless geared motor. The driver control unit with power supply is designed with IP41 protection and a heat sink made of extruded aluminum.
