Battery-operated jigsaw BORT BPS-21Li-M without battery and storage
When cutting a countertop, furniture board, or thick board, the resistance is constantly changing. An ordinary jigsaw slows down in dense areas, the saw begins to move away, and the operator puts more pressure on the tool. The BORT BPS-21Li-M solves this problem by fine-tuning the stroke frequency and a separate stabilization mode. The jigsaw can be adjusted to fit the material, and the electronics help maintain the selected tempo under load.
Five speeds and a stabilization system
The stroke frequency is adjustable in five steps: 800, 1400, 1900, 2400 and 3500 strokes per minute. The low speed gives you more control when cutting shapes and working with sensitive materials. High allows you to dissolve sheet blanks and boards faster.
The sixth position includes a rev support system. The electronics monitors the load change and compensates for the drop in speed when the saw enters a denser area. As a result, the jigsaw is less "choked", the cut is more uniform, and the user does not have to push the tool forward.
Saw blade stroke and pendulum mechanism
The saw blade stroke of 25 mm ensures efficient sawing and helps to remove sawdust from the cut. To adjust the nature of the cut, three stages of the pendulum stroke and a separate normal mode without a pendulum are provided.

BORT BPS-21Li-M can be used for direct cutting, sawing circles, internal holes and curved parts. The cast aluminum sole creates a rigid and stable support, so it is easier to guide the tool along the markings. For beveling, the sole is tilted up to 45° in both directions.
The chamfer in the front of the base helps the sole to fit more smoothly onto the workpiece and cling less to its edge. Removable plastic lining protects laminate slabs, countertops and decorative panels from scratches.
Central vacuum cleaner outlet and backlight
The central nozzle for the vacuum cleaner is located directly behind the cutting area. Sawdust is removed where it forms, so the marking line remains visible longer. In poorly lit areas, it is additionally illuminated by a built-in LED lamp.
A transparent screen at the base limits the flight of sawdust and coating fragments towards the operator, while maintaining an overview of the work area. This is especially useful when cutting laminated materials.
Convenience in daily work
The quick—release chuck allows you to replace a file without a key, for example, to quickly switch from a wood blade to a tool for another material. The rubberized handle provides a secure grip, and the 1.5 kg weight without battery helps to accurately guide the tool in a straight line and in an arc.
