RGK D60 Laser Rangefinder

The RGK D60 laser rangefinder is a modern device for measuring distances up to 60 meters, with a wide range of functions and capable of replacing a tape measure, calculator and notepad at the same time.

Accuracy and reliability of measurements

The measurement accuracy is at least ± 2 mm. At the same time, you will receive not only accurate, but also reliable data: the RGK D60 laser rangefinder is equipped with a bubble level to ensure that a perpendicular is obtained.

Main functions:

• In addition to measuring distances, the RGK D60 rangefinder is able to calculate area and volume, as well as determine distances that cannot be measured directly.
• The calculation of area and volume is carried out by sequentially determining two or three sides. The rangefinder RGK D60 will prompt the detected side with an indicator on the screen, facilitating the measurement process. At the same time, the results of all the measurements you have made will remain on the screen. This is useful, for example, when gluing wallpaper: you will immediately determine not only the quadrature, but also the required length of a separate sheet.
• The calculation according to the Pythagorean theorem allows you to determine an unknown quantity from two known ones. This way you can measure the height of a building, the parameters of a cluttered room and the height of a certain area on the outer wall of the house. It is enough to activate one of the four Pythagorean measurement modes, and the RGK D60 will prompt you with an indicator on the screen which measurements need to be performed.
• Addition and subtraction will allow you to perform arithmetic operations with the resulting values right in the measurement process. The RGK D60 rangefinder can work not only with lengths, but also with the resulting areas and volumes.
• Measuring a given distance will help to postpone the desired length from any object, as well as mark the line into equal segments. This feature will help you hang a painting at the right height from the floor, punch holes for pipes and wires, arrange furniture in a room or mark up the layout of a room. When the function is activated and the delayed segment is set, the rangefinder RGK D60 will tell you which way to move the device to reach the specified length, and automatically switch to the next segment when the previous one is reached.
• The continuous measurement mode will ensure that the value of the perpendicular from the measuring point to the target surface is guaranteed, even when measured by hand. It is enough to tilt the RGK D60 up and down slowly, and the device will output the minimum and maximum values during the measurement. The minimum will be a perpendicular, and the maximum will be a hypotenuse, which will allow, for example, to accurately determine the distance to the corner of the room.

Built-in memory

The memory block is capable of storing up to 100 received values, including length, area and volume. This allows the RGK D60 to replace not only a calculator, but also a notepad for writing. You can perform the same arithmetic operations with the saved values as with the current measurements.

Ergonomic design:

• The case made of pleasant-to-touch plastic withstands falling from a height of up to a meter, and the corrugated edges and comfortable weight prevent the device from slipping out of your hand. The convex control buttons are easy to operate by touch, and the distance between them allows you to use the RGK D60 rangefinder even with gloves. Each function has its own unique button.
• The contrasting four-line screen is equipped with a bright backlight, which can be turned on and off with a separate button.
• The case has a slot for attaching the strap to the arm, a 1/4" tripod screw and a folding bracket.

Folding bracket and reference point

The measurement can be performed from four different reference points. Rangefinder RGK D60 performs measurements:

• up to the trailing edge — when measuring the length of the room;
• up to the leading edge — it is convenient to carry out marking;
• to the screw — the distance is determined exactly to the center of the tripod;
• to the end of the folding bracket — to determine the distance from the corners.
