Description
INVAMAT RE-500 chemical anchor is an adhesive for chemical fastening of metal rods in holes of various building materials. A two-component chemical composition based on a fast-hardening synthetic epoxy-acrylate resin. The product does not contain styrene, it is used in combination with various metal anchor elements: threaded studs, foundation bolts or reinforcing bars.

Designed for the implementation of anchorages under high loads in bases made of heavy, light concrete, natural stone, granite; in bases made of various types of bricks and hollow materials, the product is designed taking into account the physical and mechanical properties, strength characteristics and thermal expansion coefficients of this class of building materials.

Recommendations for work:
- Surface preparation
- Drill a hole of the desired diameter.
- Thoroughly clean the walls of the hole from dust.
- Use a nylon or metal brush.
- After mechanical cleaning, blow the hole with dry compressed air.
- Attach the nozzle to the cartridge and insert the cartridge into the socket of the gun.
- Do not allow the rods of the gun to be skewed relative to the axis of the cartridge cylinder.
- Squeeze out a little of the composition so that the color becomes uniform (adjust the rods of the gun if necessary).
- Fill the hole with about 2/3 of the composition.
- If the walls are hollow, insert a sleeve of the desired size into the hole.
- Insert the anchor with a rotational motion so that the composition is evenly distributed around it.
- Remove excess composition from the surface.
- Use after complete curing (at least 2 hours).

INVAMAT RE-500 chemical anchor is specially designed for the implementation of anchorages under high loads in heavy and light concrete, natural stone (marble, granite, etc.), taking into account the physical and mechanical properties, strength characteristics and thermal expansion coefficients of this class of building materials.
The bearing capacity is 10-20% higher than that of the foreign analogue of the chemical anchor BIT EASF.
It should be noted that when mixing the components, polymerization occurs at an optimal rate and a sufficient amount of thermal energy, which makes it possible to confidently use the INVAMAT RE-500 chemical anchor in winter and areas of low temperatures. Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier.
