Description
DIN 5299D fire carabiners with a lock are used for operative connection of long-length rigging in construction and installation works and as part of climbing equipment.
The fire carbines received the name because of the formation of a reliable closed connection with a lock that excludes unlocking. Currently, more advanced carbines made of high-strength steel grades are used in fire rescue operations.
For installation work in the construction sector, carabiners with a lock perfectly perform tasks when it is necessary to organize a reliable docking or as a connecting link in devices. The carabiners are designed for a detachable connection.
Fire carabiners with a lock have a pear-shaped shape. On one of the long sides, the ends of the rod from which the product is made are tightly closed. To hook the carabiner to another product, the locking clutch must be lowered, and when pressed, the movable tongue on the hinge opens the contour. A gap is formed, the value of which is included in the technical characteristics of the carbine.
Unlike DIN-shaped fire carabiners in the 5299D design, the contour is closed due to a coupling with an internal thread, which is wound onto the ends of the product adjacent to each other. A full-fledged closure is the main condition for using a carbine.
5299D carabiners with a lock do not belong to lifting rigging. Carbines are involved in devices for lifting and moving cargo, but this action should be short-term and within the technical characteristics of the size of the product.
Fire carabiners with a lock are made of galvanized steel rod. The diameter of its cross-section and the total length of the carbine are indicated in the size of the product.
For construction and installation work, as a rule, carbines with a carbon steel retainer are bought. The protective layer of zinc reliably prevents metal oxidation for several years of carbine operation. When working in an environment with high humidity, it is recommended to use stainless steel carabiners, which are also more durable.

Return of goods of proper quality

The buyer does not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality having individually defined properties if the specified product can be used exclusively by the buyer acquiring it.
In case of refusal of the goods of proper quality, the cost of services for the organization of delivery to the buyer is not refunded. Transportation costs for the return of goods of proper quality are borne by the buyer. The method of returning the goods is determined by the buyer.

Return of goods of inadequate quality
For individuals
The buyer, who is an individual, in cases provided for by law, may return the goods of inadequate quality during the warranty period for the goods and demand a refund of the amount of money paid for the goods. For legal entities

Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier.
