CHZPM-40is a ready—made mobile closed-cycle complex for shot blasting of metal products, housed in a standard 20-foot container. This design allows you to organize a full-fledged abrasive blasting site without building a separate stationary chamber._x000D_

Purpose

- Sandblasting chamber body:The entire chamber is made in a container design, which makes it easy to transport it from one place to another and convenient to use for sandblasting. – A 20 or 40 format container is used, the inner surface of which is protected by wear-resistant rubber plates. The service life of the coating is more than 7 years when operating for 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. The rubber lining also performs the function of noise insulation.
- Sandblasting machine:A 300-liter sandblasting tank ensures continuous operation without refilling the abrasive for up to 2 hours. Each tank is hydrostatically tested at a pressure of 8 bar.
- Abrasive recirculation system:The system uses a modern Venturi nozzle made from a combination of aluminum and polyurethane, which provides an optimal weight balance, high strength and impact resistance — advantages not found in metal analogues. – The elongated shape of the Venturi nozzle increases productivity and increases the impact energy of the abrasive when processing hard and hard-to-clean surfaces.
- Screw conveyor:The conveyor body is machined after welding, which ensures high tolerance of the entire structure and increases the service life of the assembly. Blades made of 16Mn steel with increased wear resistance are used. A three-stage labyrinth seal is applied, which protects the bearings from damage by abrasive material.
- Bucket elevator:– The cage-type drive wheel provides increased friction with the belt, preventing it from slipping. – The SQP sensor gives an alarm and automatically turns off the power in case of a malfunction of the elevator
- Air separation unit:A three-stage air cleaning system ensures the separation of abrasives and contaminants with an efficiency of up to 99%, – An inspection window allows the operator to quickly monitor and maintain equipment.
- Dust collector:Two-stage cleaning system sedimentation chamber and cartridge filters. The cleaning efficiency reaches 99.5%. Donaldson filter material, the effective filtration area of each filter is up to 15 m2. A pulse purge with an air valve and timer ensures regular cleaning of the filters. Quick and safe filter replacement is carried out outside the dust collector, without the use of tools.

Return of goods of proper quality

Return of goods of inadequate quality

For legal entities

Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier.
