JWS-34KS is a professional milling machine with a massive cast iron table and a powerful motor. The model is developed on the basis of the JWS-34KX milling cutter, generally repeats its design, has similar characteristics and at the same time has been significantly modified in some details, which makes it more convenient and safer to work. The mentioned modifications occupy the initial positions in the Jet professional line – these are the most affordable machines that fully meet the standards of professional and industrial equipment and can be recommended not only for hobbies, but also for solving production tasks.
The main basic parts of the machine are a heavy cast–iron table and a milling stop made of aluminum casting. Now this unit is unified with a more expensive model, it is equipped with aluminum, not wooden linings and has comb clamps that complement the vertical stop. The range of movement of the stop on the table has been increased. As before, there is a separate adjustment of the position of the receiving (rear) shoe.
The machine has a replaceable spindle, which is fixed on the shaft with a nut and a ramrod. A 30-millimeter one is normally installed for the attachment cutters, collet clamps of 8 mm, 12 mm and 1/2 inch are supplied for the end ones. For the convenience of changing the tooling, a shaft rotation lock is provided; for safety and equipment protection, a limit switch is installed that does not allow the motor to start until the lock is removed. The four rotation speeds are changed by reinstalling the V-belt. In comparison with the previous model, the gear ratio is "shifted up" towards high speeds.
Thanks to the combination of a relatively affordable price and a well-thought-out design, the machine is suitable for both demanding amateur craftsmen and for use in production.

For legal entities

Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier.
