JWDS-2550 is a professional grade drum grinder with a cantilever arrangement of the working module, designed for workpieces up to 1270 mm wide. It is equipped with a device for automatic feeding of the workpiece in the form of a conveyor belt with a mechanical drive. Speed control is performed with the participation of the SandSmart controller, which monitors the amount of load on the main motor, according to the current consumed by it. If the operator has set the tempo too high or there is a thickening of the workpiece and the motor is overloaded, the feed speed will be automatically reduced. The transition to this mode will be signaled by an indicator light. When the load on the motor decreases, the light bulb will go out, and the conveyor speed will return to the previously set value.
The consumable material is an abrasive belt, it is wound on a drum, the ends are fixed with latches, the correct tension is provided by a special spring device capable of compensating for the stretching of the material during wear. The height of the node is adjusted by a rotating handle with simultaneous control on a millimeter scale, an adjustable screw stop is provided to facilitate adjustment, and a digital display device can also be purchased. Adjustment of the parallelism of the base location (absence of a "wedge") is performed without auxiliary tools and devices.
