The JET JUTM-1632 Servo DRO wide–universal milling machine is a powerful and productive machine in the company's equipment line. It will meet the requirements of the most demanding customer and is designed for heavy operating conditions and long loads. The machine is designed for all kinds of milling, drilling, boring and other operations in any coordinate direction and can achieve high accuracy. It has horizontal and vertical work tables, which significantly expands the range of tasks and operations in the production of tooling, tools, fixtures, molds and other parts of complex shapes, in small batches at machining, tool and mechanical repair sites.
The machine bed has a powerful and heavy frame construction to eliminate vibration. The 3.7kW main drive motor has stepless speed control in two ranges from 40 to 440 rpm and from 440 to 2000 rpm.
The displacement system is organized using servos and ballscrews on each of the X, Y, Z axes, which increases the speed and accuracy of processing. Servomotors allow for smooth speed adjustment using a frequency converter, with optimal torque and almost constant speed under heavy loads.
Optimal adjustments of the spindle speed and feed allow economical and high-quality processing of workpieces made of various materials.
The sliding guides have a Turcite-B coating along the X, Y, Z axes, which reduces the coefficient of friction and minimizes the wear of the guides.
For easy and convenient manual movement of the table, the machine is equipped with electronic flywheels on the X and Y axes.
The digital display device (DCI) installed on the JUTM-1632 Servo DRO allows you to increase the accuracy of work and reduce the possibility of marriage.
