The JPSG-0618H frame is made of high-quality cast iron, stiffeners are provided to strengthen the structure, which also absorb vibrations during operation. The caliper and the machine table are mounted on specially designed flat and V-shaped guides. During the production process, they are specially sanded off, then the antifriction compound Turcite-B is applied to them.

The lubricant is also supplied to the machine's running screw. The JPSG-0618H spindle is mounted on a double angular contact ball bearing and a classic roller bearing, between which there is a preload. This allows you to eliminate backlash and improve the accuracy of processing products. The spindle speed is constant and is 2850 mm.
The machine is supplied with a complete set that allows you to immediately put it into operation. "Out of the box" the customer receives an electromagnetic table, a grinding wheel with a puller, a coolant supply system with a magnetic separator, a diamond pencil for finishing, a table lighting lamp, a screen and adjustable mounting supports.
