The JMD-3T DRO drilling and milling machine is an analog of the JMD-3 machine model. The only difference between this model is the increased length of the desktop. The machine is designed for individual use, can be used for small-scale work in production. Technically, the machine can be connected to the 230 V power grid, used to perform a wide range of drilling and milling operations. Due to the presence of the reverse function in the engine, the machine performs technological operations for threading. High processing quality is ensured by digital indication of the spindle departure and smooth adjustment of the spindle speed.
The JMD-3T DRO model features a robust and stable design. The machine bed and stand are made of grey cast iron, providing the equipment with vibration resistance. The drilling and milling machine has the ability to turn the head, left by 300, right by 900, creating optimal processing modes of workpieces. The equipment is equipped with a spindle with a cone MK-3, with a clamping rod M12. The technical capabilities of the machine make it easy to drill holes with a diameter of up to 20 mm. To improve the processing accuracy, the spindle micro-feed function is installed. The pinole stroke is 70 mm.
The motor group of the JMD-3T DRO machine is represented by a 1.0 kW brushless motor. The engine operation is controlled from a remote control located at the head of the machine. The engine has a smooth speed control. The speed range is 100-1750 rpm. Switching the engine to reverse mode is carried out by a button located on the pinole handle.
The cross desktop has a length of 700 mm, moves along the dovetail-type guides. The machine is equipped with the option of automatic table feeding along the X axis, has 3 T-shaped slots with a width of 12 mm for installing additional fasteners.
