Description
The gear vertical drilling machine JGHD-32PF with a maximum drilling diameter of 32mm steel and up to 40mm cast iron, is designed to work in repair and tool shops, as well as in production shops with small-scale production; the machine equipped with devices can be used in mass production.
The machine is designed to perform the following operations: drilling, reaming, countersinking, countersinking and deployment. Subject to the additional installation of cross vises with longitudinal and transverse stroke, the presence of a ramrod on the drilling machine allows for small milling operations.
Gearbox of a six-stage gearbox with spindle speeds of 75, 170, 280, 540, 960,1600 rpm and automatic spindle pinole feed with speeds of 0,1 / 0,18 / 0,26 mm/rev allow to process various types of holes in the correct cutting modes using tools made of high-speed steels and hard alloys.
The JGHD-32PF is equipped with a threading function with machine taps when manually feeding the spindle. The thread depth limiter allows you to automatically turn on the reverse when the limit values are reached.
The design and technical characteristics of the machine allow its operation in repair shops on ships and vessels with the possibility of working in ports powered by an electric network of 400V 60Hz.
