The HBS-814GH band saw is a traditional American-type model designed for cutting metal workpieces of large diameters. The machine is used for industrial production, can be used in domestic conditions for sawing round blanks with a maximum diameter of 200 mm at right angles, or with a diameter of up to 165 mm. Installation of the workpiece in the required position is carried out using mechanical vises with rotary jaws. The range of rotation of the vise is 0-45 0.
The HBS-814GH model is equipped with a hydraulic discharge system that ensures smoothness and speed of the saw frame feed into the processing area. The hydraulic cylinder creates the necessary clamping force of the belt web on the workpiece. The ease of lifting the heavy saw frame is provided by a compensator spring. The band saw has guides that ensure the adjustment of the passage of the web, improving the quality of the cut.
