Description
The RGK FG-302 special-form signal generator, operating in the frequency range up to 30 MHz, is a compact and lightweight device that does not clutter up space in the workplace and can be used in laboratory conditions and field work. Thanks to the implementation of DDS technology, high accuracy and purity of reproduction of a wide range of signals with 14-bit resolution, including with their internal or external modulation or manipulation, is ensured.
Structural design
The RGK FG-302 digital signal generator is equipped with independent outputs CH1 and CH2, which makes it possible to test and debug two-channel devices without using auxiliary devices. The additional channel is the input of the built-in frequency meter, and can also be used for synchronization or for connecting an external modulating device.
There is a color graphic display on the front panel. It displays digital information, as well as an image of the shape of the programmed signal, which ensures high information content and visibility of research. As controls, the RGK FG-302 arbitrary waveform generator is equipped with a keypad with a digital panel, function keys and a rotary encoder for smooth precise adjustment. The built-in help system provides contextual hints about the purpose of each key when you press it for a long time.
An external power adapter is used to power the generator. When performing work in places without network access, it is allowed to connect the device to any 5V/2A source with a USB output, for example, to a power bank or laptop port.
