Description
The RGK FG-1202 special–form signal generator is a portable laboratory-class device with two independent channels, each of which can operate in the frequency range up to 120 MHz, and a built-in frequency meter with a separate input. The device operates on the basis of the direct digital synthesis method and can reproduce up to 200 groups of typical preset signals with 16-bit resolution and overlapping of various modulations. This model is also capable of forming arbitrary shapes from a removable USB drive, created on a computer in BSV/CSV formats, or formed by built-in tools when directly entering a mathematical formula.

Features
The modulation of the output signal in each of the channels of the RGK FG-1202 special-form signal generator can be carried out by both internal and external means, for which the corresponding inputs are located on the back panel. Additionally, it is possible to issue a reference signal from the device to other devices, as well as the operation of the generator with an external reference frequency source, if necessary, to increase the accuracy parameters.
For synchronization, one of the oscillator channels or a separate combined output can be used, which also performs the functions of a frequency meter measuring input or is used to connect an external digital source of a modulating signal.
Management
When using the RGK FG-1202 arbitrary waveform generator offline, the modes are set and the functions are started using the push-button interface on the front panel. Fine-tuning can be done with a rotary encoder, and a numeric keypad is used to enter numeric data. For clarity, the keys for selecting waveforms and modes are located at the bottom and side of the screen, which displays symbols indicating the purpose of the controls.
