The 800 kW TSS GE-800 cogeneration plant in a container is designed to produce heat and electricity using natural gas as fuel. The basic installation option can be configured to meet the needs of a specific facility, the TSS GE-800 is specially designed to meet the diverse requirements arising from the implementation of various projects in the field of cogeneration. The high efficiency of the TSS GE line of installations is based on attention to all details, from the design stage to factory tests. The maximum thermal power of this station is ~860 kW, and the electric power is 800 kW.

Engine and unit

Electrical system
- 24 V electric starter and charging generator;
- Engine control unit, intake mixture temperature and pressure sensors, valve timing sensor, water temperature sensor, exhaust oxygen sensor, crankshaft speed sensor, electronic throttle valve, individual ignition coils for each cylinder, high-voltage wires and spark plugs with double platinum electrodes.
Engine control unit
Collects signals from sensors, converts and transmits control signals, controls the operation of the electronic throttle valve, fuel valve, as well as the timing and sequence of ignition in each cylinder.
Air supply and exhaust systems
- The turbocharger is optimized for operation as part of a generator set;

Fuel system

Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier.
