Description
Type:Enamel PF-115 "LIDA" is a suspension of pigments and fillers in pentaphthalic varnish with the addition of solvents, a siccative and special additives.
Scope of application:Enamel PF-115 "LIDA" is designed for painting metal, wood and other surfaces used indoors and in atmospheric conditions. Enamel is not a facade.
Advantages:

Preparation: Wooden surfaces before applying enamel should be cleaned of resinous substances, dried, sanded and dust-free. To improve the protective and decorative properties, as well as to reduce the consumption of enamel, it is recommended to pre-prime the unpainted surface with a primer GF-021, GF-021 "L". It is necessary to remove various impurities from the previously painted surface, completely remove the peeling coating, sand and dust the surface.
Metal surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned of dust, rust, scale and other contaminants before applying enamel (it is necessary to remove notches, burrs, welding splashes, round off sharp edges, corners, teeth and welding seams; there should be no grease, marking paint and other substances on the surface, such as mineral impurities, water-soluble salts that affect on the quality of surface preparation), sanded, degreased, dried and primed with GF-021 or GF-021 "L", or GF-0119, or GF-0119 "L" primers.
Previously painted surfaces must be cleaned of dust, grease, sanded, degreased, dried and tested for staining. In case of swelling or peeling, the old coating must be removed. To avoid condensation of moisture, the temperature of the painted surface must be at least 3 °C above the dew point temperature.
Recommendations for application:Before use, the enamel is thoroughly mixed, if necessary, diluted with nephras–C4-150/200
(TU RB 100006485.147), white spirit (GOST 3134) or a mixture of these solvents with a solvent (TU 38.101809) in a ratio of 1:1 in an amount not exceeding 25% of the enamel weight. Enamel is applied in 1-2 layers with a brush, roller or by pneumatic spraying. For painting products in the electropole, the enamel is diluted to a working viscosity with a RE-4B or RE-3B diluent. The thickness of the dried single–layer coating is at least 20 microns.
When applied by pneumatic spraying, the enamel is diluted with a solvent in an amount of no more than 25% of the enamel weight, and when applied with a roller or brush – in an amount of no more than 5% of the enamel weight. The enamel can be applied with a brush with the initial viscosity.
The drying time of a single–layer coating is no more than 24 hours at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C (except red, cherry) and a relative humidity of no more than 80%. At a lower temperature and high relative humidity, the drying time increases. The next layer of enamel must be applied after the previous layer has dried. After staining, strong mechanical influences should be avoided for 7 days.
The theoretical consumptionfor a single-layer coating is 100 - 180 g/m2, without taking into account the complexity of the surface to be painted, the method of application, the color of the enamel, the qualifications of personnel and other factors.

Return of goods of proper quality

The return of the goods is possible if its presentation and consumer properties are preserved, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods.
The buyer does not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality having individually defined properties if the specified product can be used exclusively by the buyer acquiring it.
In case of refusal of the goods of proper quality, the cost of services for the organization of delivery to the buyer is not refunded. Transportation costs for the return of goods of proper quality are borne by the buyer. The method of returning the goods is determined by the buyer.
For legal entities
The return (exchange) of goods of proper quality by the buyer, who is a legal entity (individual entrepreneur), is not allowed, unless otherwise provided by the agreement with the supplier.
Return of goods of inadequate quality
For individuals
The buyer, who is an individual, in cases provided for by law, may return the goods of inadequate quality during the warranty period for the goods and demand a refund of the amount of money paid for the goods. The goods of inadequate quality, in agreement with the buyer, can be replaced with a similar product of proper quality.
For legal entities
The buyer, who is a legal entity (individual entrepreneur), in the event of the transfer of Goods of inadequate quality to him, has the right to make claims provided for in Article 475 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier. The supplier reserves the right to accept the goods of inadequate quality from the buyer and, if necessary, to check the quality of the goods. If, as a result of the examination of the goods, it is established that its shortcomings arose due to circumstances for which the supplier is not responsible, the buyer is obliged to reimburse the supplier for the costs of conducting the examination, as well as the costs associated with its storage and transportation of the goods.
If any defect is found in the product, the manufacturer and (or) the marketplace has the right to require the buyer to provide a photo of the product, the claimed defect, packaging, labeling (nameplate) of the manufacturer.
If the buyer, who is a legal entity (individual entrepreneur), refuses the goods of inadequate quality, such buyer is obliged to return such goods to the supplier. The buyer - an individual can also return the goods to the address of the supplier or Marketplace.
Transportation costs for the return of low-quality goods are borne by the supplier or Marketplace.
The difference between the shades of the goods in the photo and the real goods is not a sign of poor quality.
