Description
Type:Enamels XB-785 of various colors are a suspension of pigments in a solution of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride and alkyd resins in a mixture of volatile organic solvents with the addition of a plasticizer.
Varnish XB-784 is a solution of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin in a mixture of volatile organic solvents with the addition of a plasticizer.
Scope of application: Enamels and varnish are intended for protection in a complex multilayer coating of pre-primed surfaces of equipment, metal structures, as well as concrete and reinforced concrete building structures operated indoors, from the effects of aggressive gases (SO2, CO2, Cl2), acids (sulfuric, phosphoric, hydrochloric) and solutions of salts and alkalis at a temperature of not higher than plus 60 °C.Black and red-brown enamels are also intended for protection in a multilayer coating of pre–primed surfaces of metal structures operated in atmospheric conditions from the effects of aggressive gases of chemical and other industries at temperatures no higher than plus 60 ° C, and varnish - for priming concrete structures.
The complex coating is selected separately for each type of aggressive environment in accordance with the regulatory and technical documentation for the painting of certain types of equipment and structures.
Advantages:Enamel is used to obtain a chemically resistant paint and varnish coating to protect the surface from the effects of aggressive environments of an alkaline and acidic nature. The coating has high decorative and protective properties.
Surface preparation:Enamels are applied to the primed surface. Under the enamel XB-785, the use of primers is allowed according to GOST 9.401. Surface preparation before applying primers is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the TNPA for the product, GOST 9.402 or STB ISO 12944-4. To avoid condensation of moisture, the temperature of the painted surface must be at least 3 °C above the dew point temperature.
Application:Before applying, the enamel is mixed, diluted to a working viscosity of 16-22 c according to the viscometer VZ - 246 (or
VZ - 4) with solvent P-4 or P-4A (GOST 7827) and filtered. Enamels are applied to the surface by spraying methods.
The consumer independently selects the working viscosity depending on the production conditions (ambient temperature in the room, the diameter of the nozzle of the spray gun, the working pressure of compressed air, etc.).
In case of storage at low temperatures, the enamel is kept in a warm room before application (to avoid condensation of moisture on the painted surface during painting).
Enamel is applied in at least two layers. Interlayer drying is at least 1 hour at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C, the last layer – 24 hours at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C or 2 hours at a temperature of (60 - 65) ° C.
The thickness of the dried single-layer coating should be 18-23 microns.
The consumption of enamelsfor a single-layer coating is 160-200 g/m2, without taking into account the complexity of the painted surface, its preparation, application method, enamel color, coating thickness, personnel qualifications and other factors.
Storage:Enamels should be stored in tightly closed containers, protecting them from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep away from fire.
Precautions:Persons involved in the painting work should be provided with personal protective equipment (overalls, goggles, rubber gloves). During the painting works and after their completion, ventilate the room.
The dried coating does not have a toxic effect on the environment and the human body.

Return of goods of proper quality

Return of goods of inadequate quality

For legal entities

Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier.
