Description
Type:Enamels XB-16 and XB-16 P are a suspension of pigments and filler in a solution of perchlorovinyl and glyptal resins in a mixture of volatile organic solvents with the addition of plasticizers.
Scope of application:Enamels are intended for painting primed metal surfaces, concrete and reinforced concrete structures, as well as wooden and fabric surfaces.
Advantages:Enamels XB-16 and XB-16 P are quick–drying, dry at room temperature. Enamel coatings have high decorative and protective properties when used in atmospheric conditions and indoors. They are characterized by high water and weather resistance.
Surface preparation:Metal surfacesmust be primed with GF, VL, FL, XB, XC or EP primers before applying enamels. Surface preparation, application and drying of primers are carried out in accordance with the requirements of TNPA for a specific type of primer or in accordance with the requirements of TNPA for the product and,
GOST 9.402.
Previously painted surfaces are cleaned of fragile layers of the old coating, the old coating is removed, the entire surface is cleaned mechanically, degreased and dried. If the type of old paintwork is unknown, then it must be checked for compatibility (it is recommended to carry out a control staining of a small area of the surface). In case of swelling or peeling, the coating must be removed.
To avoid condensation of moisture, the temperature of the painted surface must be at least 3 °C above the dew point temperature.
Wooden surfacesmust be cleaned of resinous substances, dried, sanded to remove lint and dust-free. It is necessary to remove various impurities from the previously painted surface, completely remove the peeling coating, sand and dust the surface.
Concrete and reinforced concrete surfacesmust be clean, dry, durable, without cracks, loose areas, dust and dirt. If necessary, concrete and reinforced concrete surfaces are cleaned dry (with brushes) and dedusted.
Painting is not allowed during precipitation, as well as on wet and icy surfaces.
Application: Before applying the enamel, it is mixed, if necessary, diluted with solvent P-5, P-5A or P-4 (GOST 7827) in an amount of no more than 20% of the enamel weight, filtered and applied by pneumatic spraying, brush or roller.
The consumer independently selects the working viscosity depending on the production conditions (ambient temperature in the room, the diameter of the nozzle of the spray gun, the working pressure of compressed air, etc.)
In case of storage at low temperatures, the enamel is kept in a warm room before application (to avoid condensation of moisture on the painted surface during painting).
Enamels are applied in two to four layers with interlayer drying for 1 hour at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C and final drying for 1.5 hours at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C or for 2 hours at a temperature of (75 ± 2) ° C.
Before commissioning, it is recommended to keep the painted product for at least 7 days.
The thickness of the dried single–layer coating is at least 20 microns.
The consumptionof enamels for a single-layer coating is 120-160 g/m2, without taking into account the complexity of the surface to be painted, surface preparation, application method, enamel color, personnel qualifications and other factors.
The service life of the coating: the service life of the coating consisting of one layer of GF-0119 primer and two layers of enamel applied to the prepared metal surface in the conditions of UHL1 is at least 5 years.
The service life of the coating consisting of one layer of primer VL-02, two layers of primer FL-03K and four layers of enamel applied to the prepared surface under T1 conditions is at least 3 years.
The coating retains its protective and decorative properties in compliance with the requirements of the TNPA for coating, drying and operation in conditions of UHL1 and T1 climate.
Storage: Enamels should be stored in tightly closed containers, protecting them from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep away from fire.
Safety measures:Persons involved in the painting work must be provided with personal protective equipment (overalls, goggles, rubber gloves). During the painting works and after their completion, ventilate the room. The dried coating does not have a toxic effect on the environment and the human body.

Return of goods of proper quality

Return of goods of inadequate quality

For legal entities

Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier. Transportation costs for the return of low-quality goods are borne by the supplier or Marketplace.
The difference between the shades of the goods in the photo and the real goods is not a sign of poor quality.
