Description
The two-post diesel welding generator is designed for the organization of welding operations in the field, on construction sites and in workshops where it is not possible to use welding machines powered by AC power. The total welding current is 500A.
The diesel unit can be used as a 400V/230V power source. The rated output power of the generator is 22 kW.
The two-post welding unit is a solid frame structure on which a water-cooled diesel engine, a generator, a welding module, a control panel and a noise-proof casing are mounted.
An enlarged fuel tank is built into the frame. The fuel tank capacity is 85 liters. Fuel consumption is 7 l/h. The steel casing reliably protects the engine, generator, control panel and other parts of the structure from the effects of environmental weather conditions and possible mechanical damage.
