Description
TSS Diesel diesel engines of the TDS series were developed by well-known engineering companies AVL (Austria) and FEV (Germany) using the latest diesel engineering technologies. In terms of their technical, economic and operational characteristics, they are comparable to engines from the world's most famous manufacturers. They are distinguished by increased reliability and durability, economical fuel and oil consumption, compact and ergonomic design, high maintainability, low vibration and noise, increased engine life.
The engines are assembled on modern robotic lines from high-quality components, which ensures high quality of their assembly. These and other properties of these engines allowed TSS Group to use them as the basis for a new highly efficient line of TSS Prof diesel generators under its own trademark TSS Diesel.
TSS Diesel diesel engines of the TDS series are four-stroke, vertical, inline, liquid-cooled, 4/6 cylinder, direct injection, turbocharged and intercooled. They are controlled by a high-frequency electronic rotation speed controller, which provides greater accuracy of the coefficients of stable static and instantaneous engine speeds required for stable operation of power generating equipment.
Design features of the TDS seriesEngine housing:
- Due to the use of modular design technology, the number of engine components has been reduced. The water pump, oil pump and oil cooler are integrated into the engine housing. The intake manifold is an element of the cylinder head. This technology has made it possible to increase the compactness, ergonomics and reliability of the engine, as well as reduce air intake resistance;
- the engine cylinder block is made with stiffeners (patented design), which gave it special strength and significantly reduced the level of vibration and noise;
- The cylinder head is common to all cylinders – this provides increased structural strength and rigidity, reduced vibration and noise levels.
Crank mechanism:
- connecting rod covers are characterized by high positioning accuracy, which improves the overall quality of engine installation and ease of maintenance;
- The cylinder liner is of the dry type, which makes the engine more efficient, easy to maintain and excellent wear resistance.
Gas distribution mechanism:
- the engines have four valves per cylinder, which increases the amount of air supplied to the combustion chamber and helps to clean the cylinders from combustion products, resulting in increased engine power and torque. - system the duct design allows you to maintain the air pressure in it and guarantee maximum combustion efficiency of the fuel-air mixture in the engine, which provides high power with the lowest possible fuel consumption. In the production of TSS Diesel engines, standardized and unified components are used within each series, which ensures the availability of spare parts, ease of maintenance and repair. Standard consumables are used for their maintenance. At the request of the customer, the engines can additionally be equipped with coolant and oil heaters, which facilitate their start at extremely low temperatures.

Return of goods of proper quality

Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier. If the buyer, who is a legal entity (individual entrepreneur), refuses the goods of inadequate quality, such buyer is obliged to return such goods to the supplier. The buyer - an individual can also return the goods to the address of the supplier or Marketplace.
Transportation costs for the return of low-quality goods are borne by the supplier or Marketplace.
The difference between the shades of the goods in the photo and the real goods is not a sign of poor quality.
