The tensor jack consists of a hydraulic cylinder (load cell) and a composite replaceable adapter.
The adapter includes: a spacer, a pulling cup, a clip and a collar. The ability to order several adapter options for one jack allows you to service the maximum number of studs using the minimum number of jacks.
The advantage of tensor jacks of the DTG-PM series, in comparison with other models with a spring return, is the completely closed design of the load cell, which eliminates contamination in the spring return mechanism of the piston; simple, fast and reliable assembly technology of the hydraulic cylinder with a spacer.

The jack is equipped with two ports (1/4BSP internal thread in the housing), which provides connection to a hydraulic pressure source and the possibility of creating a jack system for performing synchronous tightening of fasteners. One port with a quick-release connection "nipple" (BRSD/150) with an internal thread 1/4BSP, which is connected to the jack by means of an adapter SHN1/4BSP with an external thread 1/4BSP at both ends, the other port-with a plug. Tensor jacks, on request, retrofitted with additional BRSD/150 with SHN1/4BSP adapters instead of a plug when connected in series by means of a RVD with socket couplings, allow synchronous tightening of fasteners using a pumping station or a hand pump.

The size "D" in the table of technical characteristics includes an allowance to ensure the removal of the jack after tightening the stud (bolt); the weight of the jack is indicated without the handle.

Return of goods of inadequate quality

For legal entities

Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier.
