The 120 kW mobile diesel generator for the TSS Standart TTD 170TS STMB reserve of the TSS Standart series is mass-produced in Russia, at the facilities of the modern production complex of the TSS group of companies. It is designed to supply three-phase electric current with a voltage of 400 V to any consumer facilities with a rated power of 120 kW (150 kVA) and a maximum power of 132 kW (165 kVA).

A typical SHUNT system includes the following components and uses the following principles:

TSS Standard Diesel Generator Control Panel
The TSS Standart power plant control cabinet is located on the supporting frame and provides convenient access to the controller in all versions of the diesel generator. Inside there is an automatic protection system for the generator set. Electrical energy consumers are connected to the input terminals of the automatic protection device.
On the front panel of the control cabinet there are controls and visual controls for the operation of the generator set. The control panel of the diesel generator is equipped with a graphic display with Russian language and is convenient to operate under any operating conditions.
The controls allow you to start and stop the DGU in manual mode. The control system automatically stabilizes the output parameters of the electric power and maintains stable operation of the generator set under variable external electrical load.
The protection of electrical circuits from overload and short circuit is also carried out automatically. The basis of the automation system of the generator set is a digital controller, where the display shows basic information about the operation of the generator set.

The controller is configured in the factory to maximize the potential of the diesel engine and synchronous generator, but it can also be programmed after installation at the customer's facility.
Lovato RGK600- A diesel power plant control controller developed and manufactured by the Italian company Lovato Electric. It has a large number of settings and allows you to effectively manage various modes of operation of DES.
A fully Russian-language interface and a user-friendly graphical screen that displays the main performance indicators of the equipment. It has connectors for connecting various expansion modules that add new control capabilities to the generator equipment.
