Description
The machine mod. 3L10V(A,C)F2 is designed for external and internal grinding of cylindrical, conical and end surfaces of mounted centers, three-cam or collet chuck, as well as with the help of additional devices.
The machine can be used in conditions of single, small-scale, repair or tool production.
The degree of automation of the machine is software control (positional and rectangular systems).

Brief description of the machine design
Bed and tables
The bed is the main bearing element that determines the relative position of the machine components. The casting of the bed is made of special fine-grained cast iron, it undergoes double aging. The frame structure has high rigidity and vibration resistance.
From above, the bed has V-shaped and flat cast-iron guides with a system of channels for feeding and collecting grease. The design of the bed partitions provides for the removal and collection of waste oil from the lubrication system of the guides in the crankcase of the bed.
The lower table, on which the upper turntable is mounted, moves along the longitudinal flat and V-shaped guides of the frame. The tables are moved along the frame guides by means of a ball-screw pair and a servo drive.
To protect the worker from emulsion splashes, a mobile protective casing is installed on the table.
Grinding headstock
The grinding headstock is mounted on the sled on which it rotates, and also has the ability to additionally move along the dovetail guides manually using a screw located behind the headstock. The main elements of the grinding head are the spindle, which is mounted in the housing on self-aligning hydrodynamic sliding bearings.
Sledge
The sled consists of two body parts: lower (rotary) and upper (movable). The upper slides, on which the grinding wheel is mounted with a wheel drive, move along the lower ones along V-shaped and flat guides. In the lower slides, a vertical shaft is mounted along the axis of rotation, transmitting movement to the lead screw.
Execution of the machine on the rolling rails of industrial design
The mechanics of the longitudinal and transverse movement of the machine is performed on industrial rolling guides. This feature of the machine design makes it possible to increase rigidity, accuracy, uniformity and smoothness of movement, and also significantly increases the resource of maintaining accuracy by the machine.
Headstock of the product
The headstock of the product consists of a plate and a housing that can rotate relative to the plate. The headstock of the product is driven by an electric motor mounted on a rotary housing via a belt drive. In the housing, a spindle is mounted on three self-aligning hydrodynamic sliding bearings, rotated from the pulley through the faceplate, screws and a special leash unloading from radial forces.
Rear headstock
The body of the rear headstock is mounted on the upper table of the machine. A steel sleeve is pressed into the housing, in which a hardened steel pinole moves. The pinole is spring-loaded, which allows you to create the necessary force when fixing the product in the centers. The pinole is moved manually.
Hole grinding device (internal grinding device)
The device for internal grinding consists of a cast-iron body mounted on a bracket on the grinding headstock. The device is lowered manually into the working position. An electric spindle is installed in the housing. The electrospindle is designed for high-speed, high-performance internal grinding.
External grinding wheel drive
From the electric motor via a polyclinic transmission.

Product drive
From an alternating current electric motor through a belt drive with pulleys, rotation is transmitted to the leash faceplate.
Table drive
From the servo motor through the coupling and worm gear, the rotation is transmitted to the nut and the lead screw.
Transverse feed drive
From the servo motor, the rotation is transmitted through the coupling and the planetary gearbox to the conical pair and then to the lead screw, which rotates in the nut and moves the upper sled on which the grinding headstock is fixed.

Correct devices
The desktop folding correct device is designed for straightening the grinding wheel on the end with a diamond. The feed to the diamond is made by the flywheel of the feed mechanism. The longitudinal feed (the speed of the table when editing) is selected depending on the required roughness of the polished products.
At the request of the consumer, the machine can be equipped with an angle and radius correction device.
Cooling system
The device for supplying and cleaning the coolant consists of a free-standing installation on which a pump, a magnetic separator, a filter conveyor (for machine accuracy classes A and C) and supply communications are mounted. The magnetic separator and filter conveyor are designed for cleaning the coolant.

- To control the operation of the machine, the DVP-SV2 “DeltaElectronics” series controller is used, connected to the operator's touch panel of the series and a frequency converter and with two servos via the CAN-Open network.
- Information about the power supply system of electrical equipment
- Power supply to the machine from the workshop network is provided by a 5-wire cable according to the 3P-1N-1PE scheme. The connection point in the machine is the input into the electrical cabinet from below.
