Features:
- Resistors are included in the motor rotor circuit or switched off during operation using controllers. For example, to start an engine with a power of up to 7 kW using a cam controller of the KKT 61 type, it is sufficient to use one block of BK12 resistors at 2 IRAQ 434.331.003-07.
- The block is an open design consisting of a frame; resistors (resistor elements) on ceramic insulators; external contact terminals; internal electrical connections made of non-insulated copper conductors. Porcelain cylindrical insulators separating the external clamps and resistors from the frame provide insulation in the unit. When the unit is operating, the current flows through the switching terminals through the resistor elements, the heat generated is dissipated by air flows. The maximum number of clips for BK12 is 24.
- The external contact terminals of the blocks are designed to connect no more than two wires (cables) with copper or aluminum cores, terminated with tips. The units must be installed in closed control cabinets in such a way as to exclude the possibility of accidental human contact with non-insulated live or heated parts during operation, as well as damage from elevated temperature or ignition of objects in the vicinity. It is recommended to install no more than four blocks one above the other, securely securing them with M10 bolts.
- When installing more than four blocks, the distance between the blocks is at least 120 mm, the distance from the floor to the first block is at least 150 mm.
- The long-term current of the third and fourth blocks should be reduced by 10% relative to the values indicated on the block plate.
Operating conditions of resistor blocks for cranes:
- height above the world ocean level: no more than 1000m;
- the average value of air humidity (relative) is 80% at a temperature of 15 °C (for UHL2, UHL3, U1, U2), as well as 80% at a temperature of 27 ° C (for T1 or T2);
- ambient temperature: from +40 ° C to -45 ° C (for U1 or U2); from +40 ° C to -60 ° C (for UHL2 or UHL3); from +50°C to -10°C (for1 or T2);
- the environment of the resistor blocks is not explosive and does not contain conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that destroy metal and insulation and reduce the parameters of complete devices to unacceptable limits;
- the degree of rigidity in ambient humidity according to GOST 16962-71: for versions UHL2, UHL3, U1, U2 - IV; for versions T1, T2 - VIII.
Resistor blocks of versions U2, T2 are placed in a room (or a casing) or under a canopy that protects against atmospheric precipitation and from direct exposure to solar radiation. The UHL3 resistor blocks can only be placed in enclosed spaces (or a casing) with natural ventilation. U1 or T1 resistor blocks are installed outdoors.

Return of goods of inadequate quality
For individuals
The buyer, who is an individual, in cases provided for by law, may return the goods of inadequate quality during the warranty period for the goods and demand a refund of the amount of money paid for the goods. For legal entities

Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier.
