Description
The HUTER BS-45M chainsaw with a capacity of 3.1 hp is used for felling medium-sized trees, sawing them into logs, and lumber production. The 45 cm3 engine provides economical fuel consumption. The tire length is 400 mm. This is enough for household use of the saw. The chain consists of 57 links located at a distance of ⅜ inches from each other. The width of the links of 1.3 mm ensures their wear resistance. The toothed stop increases the accuracy and quality of the cut.
The two-stroke engine actively reacts to the start button, allows you to transport the tool in any position. An accelerated start is facilitated by a primer that pumps fuel into the carburetor. A mixture of oil and gasoline AI-92 is used as fuel. The tank capacity is 550 ml. The chain and tire are lubricated automatically. An oil tank with a volume of 260 ml is provided for this purpose.
The HUTER BS-45M chainsaw is equipped with an anti-vibration system of three damping bushings. This reduces the negative impact on the joints. The noise level during operation does not exceed 105 dB. The chain brake ensures the safety of the operator. The rubberized handle prevents slipping and increases grip reliability. Blocking accidental activation protects against unintentional start of the tool.

Return of goods of inadequate quality

For legal entities

Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier. If, as a result of the examination of the goods, it is established that its shortcomings arose due to circumstances for which the supplier is not responsible, the buyer is obliged to reimburse the supplier for the costs of conducting the examination, as well as the costs associated with its storage and transportation of the goods.
If any defect is found in the product, the manufacturer and (or) the marketplace has the right to require the buyer to provide a photo of the product, the claimed defect, packaging, labeling (nameplate) of the manufacturer.
If the buyer, who is a legal entity (individual entrepreneur), refuses the goods of inadequate quality, such buyer is obliged to return such goods to the supplier. The buyer - an individual can also return the goods to the address of the supplier or Marketplace.
Transportation costs for the return of low-quality goods are borne by the supplier or Marketplace.
The difference between the shades of the goods in the photo and the real goods is not a sign of poor quality.
