PTK MASTER MIG 200 DP SYN NF99-4 is an updated model of the device from the MASTER NF line, where the entire line of equipment has a completely new case. The case design is the same for all models, which easily distinguishes MASTER NF inverters from other devices in the model range.
Thanks to the transparent protective screen, the source control panel will always be protected from dirt, splashes of molten metal and other contaminants. This will allow the device to be operated for a longer time without abrasion of the auxiliary designations.
PTK MASTER MIG 200 DP SYN NF99-4 is a semi—automatic machine with double pulse and synergistic control settings. The uniqueness of the model lies in the 4-roller welding wire feed mechanism.
When using the pulse mode, the device welds stainless steels, aluminum alloys and sheet metal products with ease and special quality. And with the help of a 4-roller mechanism, the welding wire is fed more smoothly and evenly, which is especially important when welding aluminum.
Features:
- Metal 4-roller welding wire feed mechanism. This mechanism contributes to a more stable and uniform wire feed, without jerks. This has a direct impact on the quality of work when welding aluminum and sheet metal. A coil with a wire weighing 5 and 1 kg can be installed in the device. The device is supplied with installed 30x22x10 feed rollers for steel wire with a diameter of 0.8–1.0 mm.
- The synergetic control function allows you to select the optimal welding current parameters, while the welding voltage (arc length) is adjusted automatically. Additionally, the features of welding materials are taken into account – the diameter of the welding wire, the type and composition of the protective gas, the material to be welded.
- It is possible to disable synergetics and welding in the "Manual" mode, i.e. welding with manual process settings.

In PULSE MIG mode (in 4T mode), there is also an adjustment of the crater welding current and the crater welding voltage.
