Description
The PROSVAR C 315 PLUS hydraulic butt welding machine is used for welding pipes of water pipes, heating systems, gas pipelines, sewers and other communications. The model has proven itself well in the formation of structures from raw materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene, PVDF and other polymeric materials. Welding equipment can be used on an industrial scale, as it guarantees high operational efficiency and reliability, and the chance of leaks after welding is close to zero.
The main technical characteristics of the equipment:
- The CLEARANCE with 315 PLUS allows the operator to work with pipes and fittings with a diameter from 40 to 315 mm.
- The welding temperature is adjusted and controlled electronically using a temperature controller and can vary from 0 to 300 degrees Celsius.
- The maximum pressure that can be achieved during operation is 100 bar. It is convenient to monitor its indicators using an electronic pressure gauge, which shows accurate data in digital format.
- The required mains supply voltage for an efficient pipe welding process is 220 V. That is, the device can be operated from a regular outlet.
- The heater power is 3200 watts.

Design features of the welding machine
The machine is equipped with a centralizer made of a durable steel alloy that is not susceptible to corrosion. The centralizer is complemented by four strong, wide clips. One of them can be detached to facilitate the welding process of pipes with tees, crosses and bends. With the help of the reduction, ground inserts included in the kit, the diameter can be quickly adjusted to work with different pipes. Improved mounting bolts ensure reliable fixation of the inserts for maximum precision operation.
To maintain the pressure in the system when the power is turned off, the model is equipped with a hydraulic accumulator. To record welding data and save it in a unified protocol form, a logging device can be connected to the machine using a special connector.
The package also includes 2 boxes for transportation and storage of the heater and the end face.
Mobility and reliability of the design
The hydroelectric power station, which houses all the controls, is located in a closed enclosure manufactured according to the IP 55 protection standard. This provides reliable protection against ingress of dust particles and splashes during the operation of welding equipment. The connector for connecting the heater is located on the back panel of the hydroelectric power station - there is no need to use an external thermostat. The hydraulic hoses included in the kit, with quick-release closed connections, are convenient for transportation, replacement and maintenance.
The design is complemented by a removable side cover, which is necessary for easy access inside in the event that an oil change is required. The centralizer is equipped with wheels, which, even despite the heavy weight of the equipment, greatly facilitate the transportation process.
In order to ensure a high level of operator safety during welding of plastic pipes and fittings, the end face with a microswitch only works while in the centralizer.

Distribution of responsibility
