The device is widely used for welding pipelines made of any type of polyethylene or polypropylene with a diameter of 63-250 mm. The equipment is especially often used in the repair, construction, or reconstruction of gas supply, sanitation, and sewerage systems.
The operating temperature of the model is regulated within 0-300 ° C, which allows it to be used for welding all types of polymer materials based on polypropylene or polyethylene. Appearance and ease of use
The butt welding machine is structurally a complex structure that includes an electric end face, a hydraulic drive with a CNC control unit, and a centralizer with clamps equipped with wheels for easy movement. It serves as an additional protection of metal structures from possible minor mechanical damage (scratches, chips) of the surface, and corrosion processes.
The WELD WITH 250 CNC is functional: the centralizer is equipped with 4 clamps that ensure reliable fixation of polymer structures during welding operations. If necessary, one of them can be removed by connecting pipes to fittings, which greatly simplifies the work with such elements. At the same time, the centralizer design is additionally reinforced with stiffeners for high-quality welding of sections regardless of their SDR index.
A Teflon-coated heating element has been selected to complete the device, which helps to avoid sticking of the pipe material to the surface during work. The controls are located at the hydroelectric power station. It is manufactured in a closed enclosure, corresponding to the degree of protection of the equipment from dust and moisture class IP 54.
