Fluke ii704 Acoustic Leak Detector

Description
The Fluke ii900 acoustic imaging device for industrial applications is equipped with 64 directional microphones. Based on the characteristic sound vibrations, they identify the places of leakage of gaseous media from the production equipment. With the help of the device, the places of vacuum disturbance in the tanks are also determined.
Device Features:
- Protection against external influences according to IP40 for use in the production hall.
- Replaceable batteries for long-term battery life.
- Built-in storage for 999 photo files or 20 videos.
Working in noisy environments
The Fluke ii900 is equipped with high sensitivity microphones. The device picks up the characteristic sound from the exhaust or intake gas even in noisy conditions. The function is suitable for work in the production hall, in case it is necessary to carry out an inspection without stopping the working equipment.
A screen for displaying research results
The device is designed with a 7-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 1280 by 800 pixels. It has a bright backlight for easy reading of information in bright sunlight. The screen supports touch control, so you can interact with the menu using your fingers.
Wide angle of view
The Fluke ii900 acoustic leak detector is equipped with a lens with a fixed focal length and a viewing angle of 65 degrees. The device immediately captures a large space of the workshop or a part of the production equipment. The wide viewing angle reduces the time required for inspections and reduces the complexity of maintenance work.
Wide range of measurements
The 64 microphones installed in the device can record sound in the frequency band from 2 kHz to 52 kHz. The maximum and minimum gain are set automatically or manually via the menu items. In addition, specific frequency bands are selected using samples recorded in the device or at the user's request. This makes it possible to differentiate leaks by type.
Convenient presentation of information
During the study, problem points are displayed on the Fluke ii900 screen as special markers. A trend graph is provided in the form of a frequency and dB scale, and the dB level is displayed on the central marker. This facilitates the process of fault differentiation. The leak is displayed as one of 4 palettes depending on the sound intensity.
High frame rate
The leak detector shows an image on the screen with a frequency of 25 fps. The change in the noise level of the gas leak is monitored in real time. Online monitoring makes it easier to identify the dependence of leakage on the operating modes of the equipment.
