Stationary Laser Marker SIC Marking L-BOX
The stationary laser marker SIC Marking L-BOX was developed taking into account the increased requirements of the industry for the speed and quality of marking. The L-BOX is equipped with a powerful pulsed ytterbium fiber laser, which is easy to operate, even for users with minimal knowledge of laser technology.
Description
Its sturdy steel construction is a reasonable contrast between compactness and attractive design. The retractable front door is a solid steel structure that opens from all three sides, and its handle is ergonomically designed to maximize user convenience and minimize physical exertion. The stationary laser marker L-BOX has a protection class of 1 and has a built-in safety circuit that automatically shuts down the laser when the door is opened.
The marking window is 100 x 100 mm in size and can be expanded to 170 x 170 mm. The design of the marker allows marking parts up to 235 mm high and up to 500 mm long. The stationary laser marking machine L-BOX from SIC Marking is a reliable stationary marking machine with a component life of up to 100,000 hours of operation (more than 11 years of continuous operation!).

Options
Positioning pad
The positioning pad (article: sic4300203) is fixed on the column table. Allows you to fix flat parts (plates, nameplates) up to 100x300 mm in size.
Advantages:
- Quick and easy fixing
- Provides constant, repeatable labeling
- Frees the operator during marking
- Quick release for quick replacement of the marking part
Push-button control panel
Control panel with Start buttons/Stop (article number: sic4300102). 2.5m long cable for connection to the E10 controller.
Description:
- Manual Start/Stopping marking cycles
- Easy connection
Axis of rotation D
The rotation axis D (article number: sic7400065) is available for any stationary marker. It allows marking parts with a circumference of up to 3 kg and a diameter of up to 250 mm. The control software is included in the package.
Description:
- 80mm drill chuck
- Cable between the rotation axis D and the control controller
- When clamped on the inside of the chuck jaws: the diameter of the part is from 6 to 116 mm
- When clamping on the outer part of the chuck jaws: the diameter of the part is up to 125 mm
- Control of the axis of rotation by means of the controller software
Smoke extractor
Vacuum device (article: SIC7400085-1) for removing smoke and small particles obtained during laser marking. It is supplied complete with a pre-filter, a fine filter and a carbon filter. Dimensions: 365 x 501 x 740 mm.
Advantages:
- Compliance with environmental standards
- Compliance with labor protection laws in the workplace
- Prevents contamination of the marking lens
Digital automatic z axis with a stroke of 50-250 mm for stationary systems
The digital Z-axis allows the marking head to apply markings in hard-to-reach places or to apply several markings on multi-level sections of one product in one marking cycle.
- Three modifications of the Z-axis with stroke are available: 50/100/250 mm
No additional boards are required to use the Z-axis with SIC Marking laser markers.
Characteristics:
- Robust construction based on stepper motors and a lead screw
- Two industrial rail guides are used
- Special adapter plate for installation of all marking heads
- No additional boards are required for control
- Only one connection is required - to the laser marker controller
- Marking head movement speed: 50 mm/sec.
Features:
- Application of several markings on multi-level sections of one product in one marking cycle
- Avoiding obstacles in the field of marking
- Dismantling the marking head to remove the part
- Compactness and ease of integration, allowing to reduce costs during implementation
- The movement is controlled using the marking file of the laser marker controller, which avoids the need for an external controller
