Micron calipers

The caliper is a very ancient measuring tool. For all the centuries of its use, its design has not changed much, only improved.

During their work, Micron specialists have produced several tens of thousands calipers, which have found their application in factories and enterprises of our country . We produce both conventional vernier and dial indicator calipers as well as digital calipers. Most types are included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments of the Russian Federation.

Nonius calipers with ShTs depth gauge (type 1) are designed for external and internal measurements, as well as for measuring depth. They have fundamentally the same design as at the beginning of the last century, but certainly the quality and service life are much higher. There is a digital version, with a division value of 0.01.

Vernier calipers with depth gauge ШЦ (type1) PRO

This is a caliper with improved workmanship and greater durability. They are made of stainless steel, equipped with a double-sided scale.

Double-sided vernier calipers, without depth gauge ШЦ (type 2) - designed for external and internal measurements, they can also be used for marking work. They have a fine feed device and a double scale in millimeters and inches. The lower (main) jaws are equipped with flat and cylindrical measuring surfaces. The length of the main jaws may be different, depending on the modification. There is a digital version, with a division value of 0.01.

ShTsTs-2 digital indicator calipers have jaws with flat and cylindrical measuring surfaces for measuring external and internal dimensions, respectively, as well as jaws with edge measuring surfaces for measuring external dimensions. Equipped with a fine feed device.

The digital block facilitates reading, has the function of setting to zero in any position (which is very convenient for relative measurements), allows you to make absolute and relative measurements, has the ability to measure in inches.

Power is supplied by a commonly used type of battery. Dust and moisture protection IP45. The length of the main jaws may be different depending on the modification.

Calipers type ШЦЦ-2 meet the requirements of the technical documentation of the manufacturer and are included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments.

Single-sided vernier calipers, without depth gauge ШЦ (type 3) are giants equipped with a fine feed device and a double scale. The length of the jaws varies in length and reaches up to 300 mm. There is a digital version, with a division value of 0.01 (photo).

Digital display calipers are more of a highly specialized type. The digital block makes it easy to read the readings, has the function of setting to "0" in any position, which is very convenient for making relative measurements, it is possible to measure in inches. The division value is 0.01 mm. A very common type of battery 1.5VSR44 is used for power (one spare is included in the kit).

Digital calipers with a large ShTsCB indicator (type 1) in terms of functionality, it fully corresponds to a type 1 vernier caliper. But more accurate and easy to use thanks to the large LCD display, with a character height of 12mm. The contrast screen makes it easy to read the readings, can output data to a computer using a special interface.

Digital calipers ШЦЦ АВС (type 1) in terms of functionality fully corresponds to the type 1 vernier caliper. The ABS function allows you to switch the caliper from absolute measurement mode to relative measurement mode. The desired value is selected, fixed, and measurements are made relative to it.
