A Denzel hand tool that nothing can replace!
Why didn't anyone throw away the screwdriver with the advent of the screwdriver? Because there are situations in which it is indispensable, like a key, a hammer, pliers. We present you a selection of the "handbrake", which has not become a thing of the past with the advent of new technologies. And we tell you about the areas in which it is still in demand and widely used.
Screwdriver and bit set
If you only need to tighten the hinges of the cabinet or assemble the bedside table occasionally, then a set of screwdrivers in your home toolbox is enough. And there are situations in work when a screwdriver will cope with the task better than a screwdriver. For example, due to the high torque of the screwdriver, the slot of a small self-tapping screw may be lubricated, the landing thread or the faces of the fasteners on the threaded sealant may break. And also in hard-to-reach places it is more convenient to work with a hand tool, such as Denzel screwdriver made of Japanese S2 steel with a magnetized slot.
If you need to work with threaded connections often and a lot, then magnetized Denzel bits for a screwdriver will be useful. They will be useful in tasks such as installing air conditioners, erecting enclosing structures on house plots, household repairs or furniture assembly. The fasteners are held by the magnetized end of the bit, and it is convenient to control the work surface with your free hand.
Roulette
During the repair, you can not do without a tape measure – it helps to measure the depth of the niche under the bedside table and the required height for the built-in wardrobe, mark the boundaries of the baseboard and much more. And when the repair is over, before buying a sofa, you need to determine whether the furniture will fit into the space reserved for it. Precision helps to save money, time and nerves. The Denzel tape measure has a clear scale, a magnetic hook and an abrasion-resistant nylon coating. It will serve properly throughout the entire repair and after its completion.
Hacksaw blades
Denzel took into account all the details and created reliable wood hacksaws, which are pleasant and comfortable to work with. In the manual line Denzel hacksaw several models with a blade length from 40 to 50 cm are presented at once. The saw blade is made of Japanese SK-5 steel. Quenching steel with high frequency currents provides additional tooth hardness of 55-58 HRC. The best option for sawing blanks made of wood, chipboard and OSB will be a tool with a 45 cm saw blade and a tooth pitch of 9TPI (2.8 mm), allowing for faster cutting. And for sawing fiberboard, MDF, laminate, as well as pipes, panels and PVC boxes, it is better to purchase a tool with a blade length of 50 centimeters and a tooth pitch of 11 TPI (2.3 mm).
Construction knife
If you need to trim the edge of the rubber tube, dissolve the linoleum, shorten the plastic skirting board or adjust the foam ceiling tile to size, use a Denzel knife with interchangeable blades. The cutting edge of the blades has a hardness of 65 HRC, so it retains its sharpness for a long time. And if necessary, you can easily break off the extreme section with pliers, thanks to the segmental structure of the blade.
Pliers
Pliers are one of the most versatile tools. They can grab and pull out a nail without a cap, bend a thick wire, break off a part in a certain place, and much more. They are widely used in the installation of plastic windows, repair of plumbing, electrical appliances and wiring.
The working part of the Denzel pliers is made of C45 tool steel, and the edges are hardened by induction currents to a hardness of 52-53 HRC. For working with conductive elements, there are pliers with dielectric handles (red) in the assortment. They can withstand voltage up to 1000 V.
Metal scissors
To cut a blank from a metal sheet, profile or mesh, a special tool such as metal shears is required. They are indispensable for the construction of a fence on a plot or a paddock for poultry, as well as for covering a garage and barn with metal profiles. Denzel metal shears are made by hot stamping from chrome molybdenum steel (CrMo). The cutting parts are hardened to a hardness of 60-62 HRC, so they keep sharpening for a long time.
Adjustable wrench
The peculiarity of the adjustable wrench is that it can replace a set of wrenches. The mouth span is adjustable to work with nuts of different sizes. This significantly expands the scope of its application. The adjustable wrench is useful if you need to connect the water supply, replace the batteries, repair the washing machine or dishwasher and other household appliances. The forged Denzel adjustable wrench made of hardened chrome vanadium steel (CrV) has narrow jaws and a metric ruler. Due to this, it is convenient for working in hard-to-reach places with nuts up to 24-46 mm in diameter. And there is also an aluminum Denzel wrench, optimal for mounting chrome and plastic fasteners of large diameter – up to 70 mm.
Sidewinder
In terms of versatility, the side cutter is not inferior to pliers. It can be used to lay wiring, install video cameras or alarms, and even repair jewelry or costume jewelry. The hardness and endurance of steel plays a key role in the durability of the tool. The Denzel side cutter has working parts made of C60 steel and a hinge offset to the cutting edges, which are hardened to a hardness of 59-63 HRC. This allows you to quickly snap a cable or wire of different diameters and stiffness with minimal effort on the part of a person. Models with dielectric handles (red) are designed to work with conductive elements with a voltage up to 1000 V.
The gate
Owners of bicycles and scooters know that the nuts have to be constantly tightened. It is convenient to do this on the road or directly in the parking lot using a compact gate with an end head. And when repairing a car, motorcycle and a factory machine, a large-sized collar and end head are used. The Denzel collar is made of CrV steel, and the working part is hardened to a hardness of 40-45 HRC. The end head is securely held by a ball lock, and the chrome coating protects the collar from corrosion.
Ratchet wrench
Not every tool can handle it if you need to unscrew a bolt or nut deep under the hood of a car. This work is for a Denzel ratchet with a rotation angle of only 4°. It is made of CrV steel and hardened to a hardness of 50-54 HRC. And the quick reset mechanism allows you to replace the nozzle in a few seconds.
Hammer
There are many ways to hammer a nail, but it is recommended to use the tools for their intended purpose. Using a hammer, it is easy to fix the furniture upholstery with small nails, align the sheet metal, disassemble the old shed and build a new one. The Denzel range includes various hammers: solid-forged and all-metal, locksmith, construction, with a claw hammer, with a fiberglass, beech or two-component handle. And also with a flat striker that destroys stone and brickwork, or a sharp one that punches holes in sheet metal during roofing work.
Toolbox
You can get everything at once if you select a ready-made set of tools in the case. For example, the Denzel set of 100 items includes everything you need for different types of work.
For the garage there is a ratchet, a hinged collar, extension cords, a gimbal, end and candle heads. For the house – side cutters, pliers, imbus and combination keys. For the workshop – a hammer, a knife, a tape measure and a hacksaw for metal. For the cottage there are bits–inserts with an adapter for a screwdriver, a screwdriver with a hexagonal cross section and a turnkey protrusion.
All this is convenient to store and take with you in a shockproof case with metal locks and signed sizes of keys and heads. In it, tools with accessories will always be in order and at hand.
The need for a hand tool does not run out over time. We turn to him when sensitive control of effort or work in a confined space is required. Choose the "handbrake" individually or as a set at once, and Denzel will support you in both cases.
