The production of bouquets has reached a new level!

Havatec is an international supplier of sorting, grouping and loading and unloading machines for the production of cut flowers.

Havatec implements turnkey flower cutting projects based on low-, medium- and high-tech concepts. These different levels of technology provide solutions for any flower company and bring high profits. Havatec specializes in mechanical solutions combined with its own software development. Classification methods are based on X-rays, color cameras and infrared rays. The necessary science is deeply ingrained in the Havatec staff, which provides a distinctive need for innovation, thanks to which Havatec has become known throughout the floristry world!

In 2000, Havatec started developing machines for the production of mushrooms. Soon after, Havatec developed an advanced machine for sorting and grouping flower bulbs using X-ray techniques. Since 2003, Havatec has been producing a wide range of machines for automatic sorting and grouping of flowers, as well as for packing flowers into boxes. Since then, more than 400 machines have been installed in many leading flower companies around the world. Havatec has become the leading supplier for the flower sector in the world!

Not so long ago, the company introduced an amazing innovation to the market - the world's first Havatec Twister machine, capable of independently forming twisted bouquets of 10-35 stems. And of such quality that they are practically indistinguishable from hand-assembled ones. For qualified florists, this means only one thing - they can finally direct all their ideas to creating exclusive bouquets. Twister consists of several turntables on which different flowers lie. The turntables are filled with different colors manually according to the "recipe" - the program indicates the correct compartments. After that, the bouquet itself is created in the carousel and the machine wraps it on a conveyor belt.

And, of course, since Havatec hails from the Netherlands, one of the first machines for processing flowers was TulipStar - thanks to which, with the help of advanced X-ray technology, tulips are sorted and grouped. At a rate of 16,000 to 18,000 flowers per hour. TulipStar provides the lowest cost of a tulip and the least damage to leaves and stems. The stems are sorted by length, thickness and height of the flower using an optical, X-ray or infrared camera. Flowers are automatically grouped according to the specified parameters (length, thickness, quantity) without loss of quality.

By the way, TulipStar are installed and work at flower enterprises in Russia as well.
