Certification by the Ministry of Industry and Trade
RESPIK production is certified by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 2015 No. 719. This document confirms the status of a national manufacturer and allows you to label products as "made in Russia". Certification by the Ministry of Industry and Trade is important for participation in government programs, tenders and for confirmation of localization of production.
Tests in an accredited laboratory
All RESPIK products have been tested in one of the best laboratories in Russia. Accredited laboratories have the right to conduct certification tests, the results of which become the basis for issuing a certificate of conformity. Such tests include checking the declared quality characteristics and product safety in accordance with the requirements of technical regulations and standards.
Compliance with GOST 12.4.294-2015
GOST 12.4.294-2015 is an interstate standard adopted by the CIS countries. It regulates the production and testing of respirators, including requirements for:
- packaging;
- materials;
- cleaning;
- marking;
- transportation and storage;
- operational properties;
- security.
The standard also describes in detail the test methods that must be carried out to confirm compliance.
Compliance with TR CU 019/2011
TR CU 019/2011 - Technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of personal protective equipment". The certificate of compliance with this regulation confirms that the products have passed all testing stages and comply with established standards. It allows you to sell goods on the territory of the member states of the Customs Union. The certificate also indicates the protection class of the respirator (first, second or third).
For example, RESPIK has certificates of conformity TR CU 019/2011 issued for the RS2201, RS2202, RS2210, RS2220 (until 2027) and RS2230 (until 2029) models. Filters R57, R59, R60 and others are certified for professional use.

RESPIK has also implemented the GOST R ISO 9001-2015 quality management system and the GOST R ISO 14001-2016 environmental management system. This indicates the strict control of production processes and the environmental responsibility of the company.
