Specialized high-precision equipment for the study and evaluation of profile macrogeometry. It is indispensable for measuring hard-to-reach internal dimensions, chamfers, grooves and corners, as well as complex external and internal curved surfaces.

It is used to analyze the roughness, straightness and undulation of surfaces. 3D scanning and reverse engineering
An extra-class handheld 3D scanner is used for reverse engineering, obtaining ready-made drawings, metrological control of products during the manufacturing process, as well as for comparing a manufactured part with a CAD model.

Portable CMM (measuring arms)
A portable coordinate measuring machine, like a stationary one, performs three-dimensional control of the geometry of complex-shaped products. It allows you to accurately measure linear and angular dimensions, as well as estimate shape and position tolerances. The main differences are mobility and speed of work.
The conclusions based on the measurement results are transmitted to the customer in the form of a measurement protocol with graphical and numerical values.
