Stable and fast-hardening fire-fighting foam with excellent water-repellent properties to protect against fire, smoke and moisture in cable and mixed penetrations.
Foam mounting thermally expanding two-component fire protection INVAMAT 620 is produced in accordance with the technical specifications 3.20.13-008-37166468-2018 and technological regulations INVAMAT-23/1.
Meets the requirements of the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union “On requirements for fire safety and fire extinguishing means” (TR EAEU 043/2017), GOST R53310-2009 "Cable penetrations, hermetic inlets and busbar passages. Fire safety requirements. Fire resistance test methods".
The composition has proven itself well when used in structures with high fire resistance standards, is used for rapid sealing of mounting gaps of building structures, holes in partitions, after laying cables and pipes.
The INVAMAT DF-620 dispenser gun is used for application.
Application
The composition foams for 10-30 seconds, filling the cavity. At the moment of foaming, the polyurethane foam heats up. The final hardness of the composition acquires in 1 minute at an air temperature of 20 ° C. After that, the foam can be cut with a knife, leveled, plastered and painted.
The foam does not break down under the influence of temperature in the range of -30 ° — +100 ° C, but is not protected from UV radiation.
Foam mounting thermally expanding two-component fire protection INVAMAT 620 seals structures, but does not replace metal fasteners. It has weak adhesion to polymer coatings.
Before use, the product must be thermostated, that is, to acquire the ambient temperature.
