Calibration plates
We have mastered our own production of horseshoe-shaped plates (linings, calibration plates) from thin-sheet steels. These plates are used to fill horizontal gaps when centering shafts of pumps, electric motors, turbines or generators, during installation and repair work. Possible sizes: from 50x50 – 200x200mm, with a thickness of 0.05 to 5.0mm, with a perforated tab for safe and convenient extraction or positioning.

Custom-made sheet metal products
We offer high-precision laser cutting of thin-sheet metals from 0.05mm to 12mm thick. We have stocks of bronze, brass, aluminum and stainless steel. Most often, we order the manufacture of special washers according to drawings, sheet metal gaskets, calibration plates, spacer discs and other sheet metal parts.
We have the necessary equipment and reliable specialists to provide laser cutting and engraving services, laser metal cutting, and the manufacture of thin sheet metal products. We undertake the manufacture of sheet metal products according to customer drawings
Laser cutting of thin—sheet metals is a rather complex process that requires very precise adjustment of the parameters of a special laser machine with a clamping or tensioning mechanism, special knowledge about the properties of thin-sheet metals, precise heat dissipation settings to prevent metal deformation due to heating.
Such work is not performed on a conventional laser cutting machine for metal of ordinary thickness. For cutting thin-sheet metals, special equipment is needed for high-precision complex cutting and engraving of workpieces made of steel and non-ferrous metals.

Calibres. Staples. Rings
Carry out fast and accurate measurements using the calibres of the Kirzhachsky Tool Factory. We offer the production of calibres according to drawings and a wide range of standard calibers.
We can produce for you almost any standard smooth gauge-plugs, gauge-staples, gauge-rings, keyway and groove calibers or special calibers according to the drawing or your technical specification.

Cutting and slotting cutters
We offer cutting and slotting cutters of our own production.
Diameter milling cutters are available 20, 22, 24, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 75, 80, 100, 125, 160 and 200 mm, thickness from 0.13 to 6.0 mm.
- Type 1 – milling cutters with small teeth
- Type 2 milling cutters with an average (normal) tooth
- Type 3 – milling cutters with a large tooth

710x6 segments
We found a treasure! We're selling! Segments for 710x6 saws.
Probably many have already forgotten, but we will remind you that we once produced segment saws, but that was a long time ago. The last saw from the segment saw shop was released back in 2015.
During the inventory in March 2025, 740 pieces of segments for 710 saws were found, with the number of teeth z =6 (710x6). The condition is excellent! Packed, labeled, sealed, oiled - just great!
