The set is designed according to the "all inclusive" principle and covers a huge range of internal diameters — from 17 to 165 mm. The composition includes:
Two independent gas supply systems:
- Modular system No. 17: The main working tool for medium diameters. It is equipped with flexible sleeves (150 mm) and rigid tubes (100 mm), which allows for complex bends and bends of pipelines.
- Mini-system: A specialized solution for small diameter pipes (pulse lines, instrumentation and control systems), also complete with its own hose and fasteners.
Full range of heat-resistant seals: This is the main value of the set. 32 silicone discs (2 pieces of each standard size) are neatly stacked in the case.
- The range starts from miniature discs Ø 21 mm and ends with large discs Ø 167 mm.
- Silicone can withstand heating up to 300°C, ensuring the tightness of the blow-off chamber in the immediate vicinity of the seam.
Professional peripherals: The kit already includes all the necessary details that are often forgotten when purchasing: a steel cable (10 m) for pulling the system inside the pipe, gas hoses, a stainless steel diffuser for soft argon supply and a complete set of quick-release connections (BRS) for connecting to the gearbox.
