Production stages of facade cassettes in Stalnoff
- Cutting metal into strips. At the first stage of production, rolled steel is cut into strip strips, in accordance with the dimensions of the facade cassettes in width or length of the products.
- Production of cassettes. We use an Italian automatic production line for metal cassettes, which reduces production time and improves product quality
- Preparation for painting. For high-quality painting of metal cassettes, five degrees of metal surface cleaning are carried out immediately before it.
