We honestly want to tell you more about new products, interesting facts, help increase your sales, and we will do all this! But abnormal events occur on the metal market, which we want to notice or not, and as a result we have to write again about the change in prices...

There are many manufacturers among our clients who have already felt the change in metal prices from December 2020 to January 2021. The growth can be estimated using the example of the metal used for the production of KZSMI tools, prices increased by 38% and, according to forecasts from metallurgists, not the last time...

The first month of the year is planning for the year, assessing potentials, positions, and everything is looking at how production is laid out in full to complete the program. Therefore, as a rule, there is no need to expect new products, but not in 2021, the year began with surprises. Both good and not so good.

New for January. In the line of wrenches KGD TU isp.2, two positions KGD 13x15 and KGD 14x15 have been mastered, the batch entered the finished product warehouse. This is a replacement for the old version, therefore, the products will be automatically replaced as the warehouse is reset to zero with the KGD TU isp.1

What do we plan in 2021?

1. Big keys KGD, KGK, KGN. Further expansion is already associated with technological issues, such a huge size is difficult to produce, but all the more interesting.

Already now, the KGD 65x70 spanner is in operation, which we expect at the beginning of February, a good position for a full-fledged tender year. There is a price in the price list, if necessary, then reserve the volume for yourself, the experimental batch is usually not large, it is necessary to launch all those. process and conduct tests, so we do not risk large volumes. Further, everything is as usual, the availability in the warehouse or if the demand exceeds the output within 15 days, we will release and give it to you.

2. Expand the range of KGD GOST and KGD EK.

Now there is a maximum number of products in the TU line, it remains just to equalize them for GOST and EC.

3. Two new strong products for 20+ positions.

In December 2020, metallurgists notified us of the increase in steel prices, and according to sound economic calculations, we made a decision that had been rejected for 2 years already - to raise prices for all products. We tried to make the average percentage increase of 3.9% as loyal as possible, not covering all the positions and focusing on the market.

Having celebrated the 50th anniversary of the founding of the enterprise and the New Year holidays, they went out aimed at new achievements and received regular letters from metallurgists with prices. The overall increase from December to January for metal was + 38%.

The jumps, as in December, usually occur before the construction season, then they roll back a little, but now MMK, Severstal, Mechel and other large companies have signed long-term contracts for the export of products at a cost that significantly exceeds the domestic prices of the Russian market in 2020.

There is no regulation on the metal market, and according to data from metallurgical plants, this is not the last increase.

These figures will be related to the output of the enterprise for the previous month, to show the level, rate and stability of the release of the KZSMI instrument. And so is the comparison between months.
