ERBEND MFG machines are electromechanical sheet bends with CNC clamping, rotary traverse and rear stop. The machines combine economy, speed and ease of operation. The clamping beam with classical geometry moves strictly vertically, this ensures accurate and reliable clamping. The rotary beam is adjusted to a certain radius and thickness of the material (manual settings). The machine is equipped with modern numerical control NC and soft start of working traverse, as well as all the necessary security systems.
ERBEND MFG sheet bends are available in two sizes: MFG 2515 working length 2550 mm, steel bending thickness 1.5 mm; MFG 3210 working length 3200 mm, steel bending thickness 1.0 mm.
A distinctive feature of these models is speed. Believe me, these are the fastest leaf bends in the class. The turning speed of the bending beam is 90 mm/sec!
In addition, MFG sheet bends are extremely ergonomic due to the narrow swivel beam and the low height of the machine. Operators will work with pleasure and will not want to move away from MFG.
