Lekron presents cable products from the Concord plant

Lekron has a supplier of cable and wire products, Concord LLC (Smolensk). Since 1991, the company has been providing a full cycle of cable and wire production: from drawing copper wire to applying modern protective sheaths. Today, Concord is a dynamically developing factory that manufactures products for construction, energy, infrastructure and industry throughout Russia.

History and development

1991 — the establishment of the plant, the launch of the first production lines.
The 2000s — modernization of equipment, the growth of the range and the development of flexible cables.
2024 — production of more than 110 thousand km of cable, processing of 10.5 thousand tons of copper, revenue growth by 26% (14.8 billion rubles).
The average number of employees is 360 people, the quality system is certified according to GOST R ISO 9001:2015.

Product line

The Concord plant produces a wide range of cable and wire products with a cross-section from 1.5 to 300 mm2. The range includes both standard solutions and specialized series with enhanced fire safety characteristics.

Power cables

VVG, VVGng(A)-LS, VVG-Apg(A)-FRLS — for power transmission in stationary installations.
NUM is an analog of NYM®, with an increased operating voltage (0.66 kV versus 0.5 kV).
VBSHB — armored cables for difficult operating conditions.

Control cables

KVVG — for control, monitoring and alarm circuits.
KPPG — control cables with increased flexibility and durability.

Flexible cables and cords

KG — flexible power cables, including frost-resistant versions KG-XL.
KGTP — cables based on thermoplastic, resistant to low temperatures.
KGBV — flexible cables with vinyl insulation.
PVS — flexible cords for domestic and industrial applications.
PuGV — mounting wires with flexible core.

Specialized series

PPG, PvPG — cables with reduced smoke and gas emission.
Flame—resistant (FR) cables - remain operational when exposed to flame for up to 180 minutes.
Low Smoke (LS) — reduced smoke level in case of fire.
Low Toxic (LTox) — low toxicity of gorenje products.
Halogen Free (HF) — halogen-free, environmentally friendly.

The Concord plant, together with manufacturers of load-bearing systems, has developed OCL solutions that ensure that fire automation circuits, smoke extraction systems, and emergency lighting remain operational in fire conditions.

Geography of supplies

Concord products are supplied all over Russia: from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka and the Far North. In 2024, the first batch was shipped to the Republic of Belarus (1,800 km of cable).
