The cable meets the requirements of GOST and international standards
The new cable fully complies with the requirements of GOST R 53246-2008 ("Information technology. Structured cabling systems"), ANSI/TIA-568-D and ISO/IEC 11801 standards, as well as GOST R 54429-2011 ("Symmetrical communication cables for digital transmission systems. General technical conditions").
Shielded cable for outdoor installation
The SFTP4-C7A-S23-OUT-PE-BK cable is designed to build a category 7a SCS backbone subsystem in conditions of increased electromagnetic interference, exposure to sunlight and moisture. Double shielding (S/FTP) provides improved protection against interference and cable-to-cable interference.
Double shielding of copper conductive cores (S/FTP)
The cable contains 4 twisted pairs of copper single-wire conductors. Each pair is protected by an individual screen made of metal polymer tape, and the entire structure is covered with a common screen — a braid of tinned copper wires. Conductor diameter: 0.58 mm (23 AWG), insulation of polyethylene foam conductors with an outer diameter of 1.35 mm; nominal cable diameter: 7.8 mm.
The outer shell is made of light-stabilized polyethylene
The SFTP4-C7A-S23-OUT-PE-BK cable is produced only in black; its outer shell is made of light-stabilized polyethylene. Accordingly, this cable can only be used outdoors for laying:
- in the cable sewer;
- tunnels;
- collectors;
- pipes;
- outside the walls of buildings.
The temperature range during operation is allowed from -40 to +70 ° C.
