At the current stage of industrial production development, it is difficult to overestimate the importance of metrology in general and measurements in particular. The increasing complexity of manufactured parts, combined with their tendency to reduce their size, the requirements for measurement automation and control of production processes based on measurement results, all this indicates the beginning of a new, so-called era of metrology or the era of measurements. The long path of development that various measures and standards have followed throughout the history of mankind reflects the constant pursuit of perfection and the ideal. Problems that the equipment will solve

  • Roughness measurement on any surface. The exclusion of exemplary measures of comparison and the human factor from everyday life. Any degree of automation for parts of any complexity, from shafts and spheres to housings and gears.
  • Measurement of a complex contour. Complex two-dimensional geometry, such as conjugate radii, transitions, inflection points, and center-to-center distances on exterior surfaces and, importantly, in interior openings, are no longer a problem for modern measuring equipment.
  • Measurement of thread parameters, including diameters. The exclusion of threaded gauges (rings and plugs) and countercalibres from use, the maintenance of which often costs a serious expense in each enterprise. Direct measurement of threads on parts using a two-way probe allows you to measure diametrically positioned contours and evaluate the pitch, angle and half angle of the profile, the smallest, average and largest diameter on most types of threads.
  • Measurement of threaded and smooth gauges. If it is not possible to avoid using threaded and smooth gauges, then we will offer you a solution for automatic measurement of threaded and smooth gauge plugs and gauge rings with a wide measuring range. The software performs an assessment according to Russian GOST standards for calibre control.
  • Measuring the deviation of the shape and location of surfaces. High-precision measurement of roundness, cylindricity, straightness, flatness and other parameters on cylindrical parts with a diameter from 1 mm to 600 mm, height up to 1300 mm in manual or fully automatic mode.
