These power plants are ideal for emergency power supply and temporary work. The engine is designed for 10,000 operating hours. Thanks to the water cooling system, the generators are able to operate continuously throughout the year with scheduled stops every 200 operating hours for maintenance (oil and filter changes).

Comparison of the noise level of an open DSU and in a casing
Measurements of the noise level using a mobile application have shown that a 30 kW Fregat generator in a soundproof casing (eurocoather) produces a noise of about 75 dB, and in an open version – 85 dB.
In the picture below, you can imagine the approximate noise level of the generator, comparing it with other background noises of operating units, cars, etc.

Checking the diesel power plant before shipment
Strict quality control!
Each power plant undergoes a thorough inspection before shipment. Let's take the example of the AD-50 Fregatex model:
Mandatory availability:
- Generator keys
- Charging generator
- Starter
- Rechargeable batteries
- Jumper (if the station is on 24V)
- Silencer
- Antifreeze
- Oil
Verification:
- Serviceability of the buttons
- Operability of the controller
- The contacts must be marked and compressed
- Checking relays and wire pads
- Main package package
- The output muffler must be closed
- Paint and varnish coating
Checking a diesel power plant under 110% load
