Share:

BRIMA has significantly updated and expanded its range of equipment for air plasma cutting of metals. The new CUT series models, from compact 40-amp units to powerful 120-amp units, offer state—of-the-art solutions for tasks of any complexity, from installation work in the field to stationary industrial use. Models with integrated compressors that provide complete autonomy deserve special attention.

BRIMA, a well—known manufacturer of welding and cutting equipment, has announced the expansion and technological upgrade of its key line of inverter air plasma cutting units (PAC) of the CUT series. The portfolio now includes models with cutting current from 40 to 120 A, designed for both domestic and professional industrial applications.

BRIMA CUT-40: Basic professional household appliance (220V)

BRIMA CUT-40 plasma cutting machine: A fundamental model for standard cutting tasks. Basic 40-ampere inverter for plasma cutting from 220V mains. Classic reliability for standard tasks in a workshop with access to compressed air.

Key features: Powered by a regular outlet, compact (10 kg), contact arc ignition. It is equipped with a gearbox with a dryer for connection to an external compressor.

Best use: Workshop, garage, service station, installation work at facilities with access to compressed air.

What's included: Inverter, plasma torch, grounding cable, dehumidifier gearbox, network cable, documentation.

BRIMA CUT-40 with compressor: Autonomous mobility (220V)

BRIMA CUT-40 plasma cutting unit with compressor: The device is ready to work "out of the box" anywhere. A fully autonomous modification of the base model with an integrated oil compressor. Ready to work anywhere without external equipment.

Key features: The main difference from the basic CUT-40 is the built—in oil compressor (5 atm). It does not require an external air source. Contactless ignition. IP21S. The dimensions are even smaller (371x153x232 mm).

Best use: Field repairs, work at height, facilities without a pneumatic main. Ideal for plumbers, ventilation installers, roofers.

Important: It uses a reliable oil compressor (service life up to 6 years), unlike cheap household oil-free analogues.

BRIMA CUT-45 with compressor: Optimized autonomy (220V)

BRIMA CUT-45 air plasma cutting unit with compressor: Optimized stand-alone installation with enhanced process control. Development of the CUT-40K idea with an emphasis on the plasma torch resource.

Key features: It also has a built-in compressor. Added adjustment of the purge (cooling) time of the plasma torch after cutting, which prolongs its service life. Contact ignition.

Best use: The same tasks as the CUT-40 with a compressor, but for users who appreciate increased ergonomics and process control.

Package contents: It is similar to the basic one, but with a fine filter gearbox.

BRIMA CUT-60 (380V): Powerful three-phase classic

BRIMA CUT-60 plasma cutting machine: A powerful three-phase device for the transition to the industrial level. Provides high productivity and clean cutting of thick metal.

Key features: Power supply 380V, current 60A. Contactless ignition ("duty arc"). Heavier and larger body (15.2 kg). Designed to work with an external compressor.

Best use: A stationary post in a workshop, production workshop, or metal depot. Where increased productivity is needed, there is a three-phase network.

Advantage: The cut requires almost no post-processing before welding.

BRIMA CUT-60-1 (220V) with SG-55 plasmatron

Plasma cutting unit BRIMA CUT-60-1 (220) plasmatron SG-55: The most powerful device in the line for a single-phase 220V network. Maximum domestic performance with advanced contactless ignition.

Key features: A unique combination: the current is 60A from the 220V network. Extremely light (7.45 kg). Non-contact ignition (SG-55), which allows cutting from an unprepared surface.

Best use: For small productions, workshops or services where there is no 380V, but the capabilities of an industrial device are required.

Limitation: It requires high-quality wiring and strict compliance with the operating mode (MON 60%).

BRIMA CUT-60-1 (220V) with plasmatron R-60

Plasma cutting unit BRIMA CUT-60-1 (220) plasmatron R-60: A budget version of a powerful 60-amp power supply for 220V. Offers high performance with classic contact ignition.

Key features: The same 60A and 220V as the SG55 version. It is equipped with a contact plasmatron R-60. Light weight and dimensions.

Best use: An economical solution for cutting thick metal in environments where non-contact ignition is not a requirement.

Difference from SG55: The power consumption (8 kVA) and the contact method of starting the arc are slightly higher.
