Bi-Face. Automation of production and abandonment of locksmiths

A product line under the Bi-Face brand. This family of tools will allow you to solve many problems that arise in production.

4 groups of tools:

1. Bi-Face-M: single-row and double-row threaded cutters made of solid solid alloy for cutting metric threads 60° and threads of the British standard 55° on CNC machines.

2. Bi-Face-O: a special tool made of solid solid alloy, which allows milling grooves for sealing rings. To ensure tightness, the O-rings are compressed and deformed. Due to the rectangular shape of the groove, the rubber ring fits snugly.

3. Bi-Face-C: double-sided countersink made of solid hard alloy. Designed specifically for use on CNC machines. It allows you to chamfer and remove burrs in hard-to-reach places, mill V-shaped grooves, mill channels for sealing rings. Several standard sizes with an angle of 60 and 90 degrees.

4. Bi-Face-R: milling cutter made of solid hard alloy with front and rear rounded teeth. Designed for deburring and radius chamfering.

The high productivity of the hard alloy tool and the wide range of Bi-Face make it possible to automate production as much as possible and to abandon locksmith operations for stripping parts from burrs and threading with a tap.
